We are a Superior® Engine Facility and Millennium® Cylinder Facility. We have been in business for over 25 years. We are located in southeast Virginia at Hampton Roads Executive Airport (PVG). We are capable of serving all areas of the country. We take pride in providing our customers with the most services available in just one stop.
Aerodyne's Staff
J.R. Smith - General Manager, J.R. has been involved in aviation since the late 1980's. He spent about 13 years as a mechanic/inspector for US Airways Express. J.R. is a commercial pilot with multi-engine and instrument rating.
Jim Tarkington - Office Manager/Parts, Jim grew up around airplanes when his father learned to fly in 1960. Jim is a commercial pilot with multi-engine, instrument and flight instructor ratings. He obtained his pilot's license in 1975.
Jay Link - A & P/Engine Specialist, Jay has been involved in aviation since 1994. Jay really enjoys all aspects of engine work. Jay is responsible for all of Aerodyne's engine work including cylinder repairs and engine overhaul.
Kevin Grey - A & P, Kevin retired from the Navy in 1995 after 24 years of service. Kevin worked on P-3's, A-6's, H-3's, and C-2's. Kevin was an instructor at Tidewater Tech Aviation School. Kevin has worked for Aerodyne since 2001.
